Lillian is a fashionista and model also the former Miss Tourism Ankole emerged victor out competing her strong opponents that included Ariane Ndaliko of IUEA and Racheal Ochole of Kampala University.
As part of her victory, She will have Free tuition for the rest of her years at campus and a brand new car that was handed to her at the event.
