Following the incident where rapper Gravity Omutujju allegedly assaulted media personality Frank Ntambi, the two have been involved in a public dispute. Gravity had challenged Ntambi to provide evidence of the alleged assault, staking Shs 5 million on the challenge.

However, in a recent turn of events, Frank Ntambi has issued an apology for claiming that Gravity beat him up. Through a statement on social media, Ntambi expressed fear and clarified that he has withdrawn the police case he had filed against Gravity.

Frank Ntambi had previously claimed that Gravity assaulted him during an encounter at Radio Simba and threatened to harm him further if he continued discussing Gravity's family and wife.

Ntambi even shared a photo of the police reference from Kiira Road Police Station, where he had filed the case of "threatening violence and assault" against the rapper.

However, Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson, Patrick Onyango, denied knowledge of the assault case filed by Ntambi against Gravity. Onyango stated that they don't have any record of such a case for now.

During a press conference held at Lugogo Cricket Oval Grounds in Kampala on August 2, Gravity denied the allegations, stating that Ntambi was seeking media attention.
