NBS Television presenter and musician Tuff B, as well as internationally acclaimed writer Kakwenza Rukirabashaija, have celebrated the tragic death of blogger Tusubilwa Ibrahim, also known as Isma Olaxess or Jajja Iculi.
Isma was fatally shot by an unknown gunman in Kyanja, a suburb of Kampala, on Saturday evening. While many are grieving over his passing, Tuff B and Kakwenza Rukirabashaija have publicly expressed their happiness over his passing.

Kakwenza boasted how he will not waste time mourning Olaxes, a person who celebrated when he was tortured to almost death.
“Afool celebrated my torture and now he has been shot dead. The system which he boasted of has not protected him. Mbu I mourn him? Good enough his scrotum was empty and did not leave an offspring to carry on his stupidity.
