Ssentongo Ivan born 25th November 1996  popularly known as Nero Icon Music  born and raised in the Matuga of Uganda’s Central Region is an uprising star in the  music industry worldwide. From humble beginnings in Uganda, Nero’s passion for music blossomed at a young age. Influenced by the vibrant rhythms of African music and the soulful melodies of Reggae, RnB, Afro-beat and Afro-pop. Nero has always honed his craft and developed a unique sound that captivates audiences. He is a recording artist, stage performer, and versatile songwriter.

Growing up in Matuga, Nero faced numerous challenges, but his determination and talent propelled him forward. He began writing and recording his own music, pouring his heart and soul into every lyric and melody. His dedication paid off when he caught the attention of industry insiders after realizing his first single dubbed “Kiriiza”  in 2020.
