Papa Mugalu is a recording and a performing gospel artist, a producer, video producer, instrumentalist, songwriter, sound engineer and music researcher or ethnomusicologist. He got a papa title from his fervent leadership as a chairperson of a fellowship in Makerere university. He is married to Josephine and currently expecting to have a child. He is currently serving God as a youth pastor at New wave christian ministries Kamwokya.

Mugalu moses was born on 14|07|1995 by Livingstone Kawenyera and Nalule Aisha from Kikyusa Luweero district. He has been a pastor since childhood up to date this is because it was prophecised to him by his grand father Mugalu moses senior.

Mugalu moses was born a starmaler up to the age of  14 age when he was healed from stammering when he preached the word of God the first time in the scripture union lunch hour fellowship.

Mugalu moses went to Amazing grace primary school, Lugoba high school and Makerere university where he graduated with a bachelors degree in Music.
